Reports Developer (Tableau/Microstrategy)

Experis is hiring a Reports Developer to support the Business Intelligence team within Data & Analytics, building and maintaining reporting solutions from a remote location in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and MicroStrategy.
• Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Optimize report performance, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Support and improve existing BI environments while aligning to security and compliance standards.
• Participate in data validation, cleansing, and integration activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud, including building complex visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills with experience using relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with MicroStrategy / Strategy One, including report creation, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data integration, cleansing, and validation techniques.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
