Job Description

Asbury Automotive Group’s data and analytics team in Sandy Springs, Georgia is expanding with a mid-level Qlik Sense Developer. This role focuses on designing, building, and migrating dashboards and data models, integrating DMS, phone, and CRM data, and guiding the move from on-prem Qlik Sense to Qlik Cloud within the automotive sector. You’ll collaborate across IT, analytics, and business teams to deliver meaningful insights and scalable BI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and applications that support operations and informed decision-making
  • Lead migration efforts from Qlik Sense on-premises to Qlik Cloud, coordinating with stakeholders
  • Model and integrate data from automotive DMS platforms and other enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
  • Tune data models, load scripts, and overall application performance
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting environments
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Qlik applications
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-impact insights

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on Qlik Sense development experience
  • Proven automotive industry experience, specifically with DMS data
  • Experience migrating applications from Qlik Sense Enterprise on-prem to Qlik Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in Qlik scripting, data modeling, and visualization best practices
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, flat files, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
