Power Platform Developer CPE CBRND

Power Platform Developer for an Army customer in Philadelphia, PA (onsite), delivering Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and data visualization solutions, with a DOD Secret Clearance and experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and delivering data visualizations and solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Directly engage with customers to capture requirements and manage expectations.
• Design, construct, and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps to support program and organizational operations.
• Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance efficiency and connectivity.
• Create and contribute to technical documentation.
• Produce reference materials and training resources for users and stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Define requirements and document specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage project details, schedules, and provide status updates.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution is expected.
• Experience engaging with customers, developing relationships, and understanding their needs.
• 3-5 years of Power Apps development and delivery experience.
• 1-5 years of Power Automate experience focusing on automating business processes.
• Advanced SharePoint Online experience with a solid understanding of its role within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Foundational knowledge, with some hands-on experience, in Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is preferred at hire but must be obtained within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidates.
• Relevant certifications such as Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 or other related certifications will be considered; certification is preferred at hire but may be obtained within 90 days if not already held.
• Minimum 1 year of overall Power Platform related experience.
