Pega Constellation Developer
Job Description
AgreeYa Solutions is hiring an experienced Pega Constellation Developer to analyze, design, develop, and implement PEGA/PRPC solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement systems and software across project work streams and deliverables
- Contribute to enterprise policies, standards, and guidelines for selecting, developing, implementing, and using PEGA
- Translate business requirements into BPM system-level specifications using Pega rules process commander (PRPC) technology
- Build PRPC solutions that integrate two or more platforms, operating systems, and applications to reduce costs and improve information flow
- Develop and document frameworks for integration and implementation aligned to changes in technical standards
- Review requirements and produce solution and technical design documents for Enterprise and Tenant applications
- Implement multitenant requirements while maintaining feasibility, stability, and performance of current systems
- Develop and maintain data models, UI designs, and database integration; implement services integration and workflows with PEGA components
- Automate legacy manual processes using PRPC tooling; apply Pega Health Care Framework and Pega Customer Relationship Management
- Set up new PEGA environments and migrate existing PEGA environments to AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Perform upgrades from legacy PEGA versions to the latest PEGA versions
- Work on integration components including SOAP, REST, SQL, CMIS, Java, and File Services
- Integrate with internal client systems and applications such as MTV (Metavance), GAMMA, OSR, Salesforce, Provider Tools, and Alfresco
- Create reports for Enterprise and Tenant teams using PRPC and Pega BIX; support required inputs and guidance for Business Objects XI (BOXI) reports
- Own code review, unit and regression testing, and code deployments between environments using Pega RAP, SVN, and Jenkins
- Tune application performance using Performance analyzer (PAL), Pega Log Analyzer, DB Trace, and other PEGA tools
- Design and develop Web Services using Java-based frameworks; work across IDE tools such as Eclipse and STS (Spring Tool Suite); support deployments between environments
- Use object-oriented concepts and RDBMS tools such as Oracle when required by project demands
- Provide impact analysis for change requests and implement changes without impacting existing workflows and functionality
- Identify and analyze critical production issues; drive resolution
- Coordinate with offshore team members and review their deliverables for P2E and other projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega/PRPC development experience
- Hands-on experience with Pega Healthcare Framework or Pega CRM
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Java
- Experience with AWS and PEGA environment migration/deployment
- Experience with Oracle/SQL and Pega BIX
- Healthcare or health insurance industry experience
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Able and willing to work in a hybrid schedule from either location
