MRCOOL, LLC is seeking a NetSuite Developer to join onsite in Hickory, KY. This role focuses on configuring, developing, and optimizing MRCOOL's NetSuite ERP ecosystem, crafting scalable solutions, automating workflows, and integrating key business systems to support a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and optimize the NetSuite ERP environments
• Design and implement SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (Akeneo, Boomi, HubSpot, Logicbroker, SPS Commerce, Zapier, etc.)
• Partner with Finance to support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness
• Improve data quality, automation, and operational workflows
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage updates, releases, and sandbox testing
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
• Support and train internal teams to maximize system adoption and efficiency
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize ERP performance and business processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience
• Deep experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBilling
• Strong expertise with NetSuite roles, permissions, custom records, workflows, automation, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with external systems and middleware
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and data transformation
• Experience with Oracle databases and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
• Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AR/AP, procurement, revenue recognition)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field
