Mulesoft Developer

Infosys is seeking a Mulesoft Developer for an onsite Technology Consultant 1 engagement in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will contribute across the delivery lifecycle, from requirements discovery and design support to development, testing, integration assistance, and production monitoring.

Role Summary

As a Technology Consultant 1 (Mulesoft Developer), you will help capture user needs, translate requirements into software specifications, build and refine application code, support integration work, and ensure live systems remain stable through monitoring and troubleshooting. The position also emphasizes documentation practices that support ongoing maintenance and shared team knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and help create process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to the development team to support improvements in software performance.
• Support the integration of new software features, helping enable smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and producing comprehensive documentation for system maintenance.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to strengthen the team’s knowledge repository.
