Role Overview

The position centers on designing, building, and managing APIs and integration flows with MuleSoft. The role emphasizes delivering efficient, scalable solutions while collaborating with diverse teams to align technical implementations with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Create, design, and maintain APIs and integrations on the MuleSoft platform.
Transform business requirements into robust, MuleSoft driven designs that maximize the Anypoint platform capabilities.
Engage across the full software development lifecycle from concept through deployment.
Develop APIs in accordance with approved design specifications.
Develop reusable code and libraries to support future initiatives.
Tune APIs and integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to ensure seamless application integration.
Perform unit and functional testing to verify the reliability of integrations.
Stay informed on current MuleSoft trends and propose feature enhancements to improve functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues as they arise.
Document development activities, including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, charts, and inline code comments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Proven hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, including designing, building, and managing APIs and integrations.
Strong knowledge of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including design patterns, API-led connectivity, and error handling.
Proficiency in software development languages and tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application to MuleSoft projects.
Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, Web Services, XML, and JSON.
Understanding of testing methodologies and their application in software development.
Deep understanding of the MuleSoft platform, its capabilities, and best practices.
