Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Abaco Strategy LLC is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Developer for the FAA ATR program. This remote role focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing PowerApps, SharePoint workflows, and process tracking systems. You will troubleshoot defects, implement automated notifications, improve user experience, and expand functionality across ATR processes. The position offers compensation at USD 35 per hour and requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Microsoft PowerApps applications
• Troubleshoot PowerApps forms, workflows, and integrations
• Develop and support Power Automate workflows
• Diagnose and repair email notification logic
• Configure SharePoint lists, libraries, and permissions
• Implement automated approval workflows
• Resolve data integrity and submission
• Document upload and download functionality
• Maintain security roles and administrative permissions
• Update Quick Reference Guides and technical documentation
• Provide user support and technical training
• Perform root cause analysis of system defects
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
