Machine Learning Engineer

Speria MTech is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer (Atlanta, GA, hybrid) to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and optimization systems for real-time decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and build machine learning and optimization pipelines
• Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models
• Create feature pipelines using distributed systems such as Spark
• Partner with data engineering to ensure data readiness for modeling and optimization
• Develop decisioning systems that support automated actions
• Monitor model performance and iterate to improve over time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in machine learning or optimization
• Experience deploying machine learning systems in production
• Familiarity with end-to-end machine learning flows and tools such as Databricks and CI/CD
• Strong Python programming at production level
• Experience with ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or scikit-learn
