Job Description

Remote Azure and SharePoint lead developer for a Federal Agency in the DC Metro area, overseeing development, data migration, and integration across SharePoint Online and Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement large scale data migrations from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online using ShareGate and PowerShell
  • Integrate external systems with SharePoint via SharePoint REST API and Graph REST API
  • Provide subject matter expertise to third party developers on API usage and Azure AD OAuth 2.0 authentication
  • Build C# middleware hosted in Azure using scalable integration patterns such as Service Bus triggered Functions
  • Develop, test, deploy, and support applications that leverage Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and SharePoint
  • Translate data retention and archival policies into Microsoft 365 retention policies within a managed process
  • Coach and perform peer reviews for other developers working with related technologies
  • Advise system administrators in establishing test Microsoft 365 tenants
  • Provide production support for SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online environments
  • Work with Azure components
