Jr - Mid Level Machine Learning Engineer

Adidev Technologies Inc is seeking a Jr to Mid Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our onsite team in Edison, NJ. The role centers on architecting and deploying ML models with a focus on Generative AI, guiding data lifecycles from requirements through deployment across client projects. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine advanced ML models and algorithms, turning complex datasets into practical solutions.
• Participate in the full data modeling lifecycle, from understanding business needs to deployment and monitoring.
• Perform thorough data analysis, including preprocessing and feature engineering, and apply Generative AI techniques to create novel solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate Generative AI models into offerings, enhancing product capabilities and user experiences.
• Apply sophisticated analytics to large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Preprocess data, engineer features, and optimize algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Stay current with ML trends and tools, including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks, and apply best practices.
• Ensure AI implementations comply with industry standards and data privacy requirements while promoting ethical practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or related AI domains.
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., GANs, Transformers) in real-world settings.
• Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data visualization tools, and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of algorithmic complexity and data structure optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge ML models with emphasis on Generative AI applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI.
• Conduct data analysis with preprocessing and feature engineering, applying Generative AI to deliver novel solutions.
• Keep ahead of AI research, especially in Generative AI, applying new findings to drive project innovation.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong background in cloud computing and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), with hands-on experience in cloud-based ML services and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps for AI, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices in AI/ML, focusing on Generative AI within the team.
• Ensure all AI implementations comply with ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
