Install Automation Developer

The Install Automation Developer role at Reynolds and Reynolds focuses on enabling cross-database product data integration, supporting development initiatives, and collaborating with sales, installation specialists, and internal teams to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract data for database integration.
• Develop and automate processes to import database information efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to test and troubleshoot new products and features.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales and customer installations, providing resources and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor upcoming projects and communicate changes effectively.
• Create and maintain documentation related to product specifications and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Proficiency in designing and developing databases using Microsoft Access, with the ability to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
