Job Description

Deloitte is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Software Engineer II) for its Engineering as a Service team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and modifying custom software solutions for client strategy and program management applications, including re-architecture and modernization work for a high-visibility system.

Role Overview

The position involves end-to-end software delivery across the stack, including testing, system integration, and translating user needs into technical software design and performance requirements. The work supports modernization efforts and client-facing applications where requirements, performance expectations, and system flows must be understood and implemented.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and modify software systems and custom components using a modern development stack
  • Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, system flow, data usage, and work processes, in collaboration with users and system engineers
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
  • Develop and execute test procedures for software components
  • Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • 1+ years of experience as a full-stack developer using Java and Angular
  • 1+ years of experience with front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on work, clients, and industries/sectors
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
