Support the analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and integration of complex electrical and software systems as an FSW Developer.

Assist with analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electrical systems
Support integration of electrical components into hardware and software systems
Help with electrical installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing activities
Prepare technical documentation and reports aligned to user requirements
Contribute to development, maintenance, and enhancement of software systems
Support hardware and software trade-off evaluation, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS solutions
Participate in software integration and testing activities
Follow established software engineering, testing, and development processes
Review and test software components against defined requirements
Document test outcomes and identify issues for resolution
Support project risk, cost, and schedule management
Perform other duties as assigned

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience with electrical systems, software, testing, or system integration
Familiarity with hardware/software interfaces and system development
Understanding of software testing and technical documentation
Ability to follow established engineering and testing processes
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team

Entry-level technical professional with hands-on experience or education in electrical systems, software, testing, or system integration
Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other mission-critical engineering programs is highly desirable
