EDI Developer

Based in Montgomery, Alabama, Dynamix SearchForce, Inc is seeking an experienced EDI Developer to lead the EDI development team in designing and implementing interfaces and maps for a network of 3,000 trading partners. This is an on-site role with relocation assistance, and sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, commitment, and execution of EDI projects.
• Manage daily EDI operations.
• Guide new EDI setup requests and ensure execution meets committed timeframes.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve conflicts arising from competing priorities.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Participate on the EDI Change Review Board (CRB) to establish delivery commitments based on resource capacity and business priority.
• Identify opportunities to improve EDI processing capability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of EDI experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B and mapping of EDI data
• Knowledge of transportation industry EDI transactions such as 204, 214, 210, 990, 997, 215, 211
• Experience working within an IBM iSeries operational environment
• Team-oriented mindset
