Cyber Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide development services and related tasks to design and deploy vulnerabilities and exploits.
• Join Government staff in meetings with external partners to deliver initial technical assessments of vulnerabilities and exploits.
• Participate in joint development sessions and workshops with intelligence services and corporate collaborators.
• Plan and execute reliability, security, and other testing and evaluation of vulnerabilities and exploits against embedded targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or a related computer security field.
• Proven programming proficiency in security-focused domains.
• Deep knowledge of embedded, mobile, and desktop operating systems.
• Experience leading development teams in computer security settings (Google Android, Embedded Linux, and variant operating systems).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Top Secret Clearance with an investigation completed within the last five years is required to start.
