Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is hiring multiple CNO Software Engineers / Developers to support a critical National Security Mission in Chantilly, VA with an onsite team. In this customer-facing role, you will help turn requirements and constraints into working solutions, spanning software development and the testing, validation, and operations/maintenance work needed to keep tools effective in the field.
Compensation: USD 116,900 - 243,100 per year.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI level clearance is required, and you must be willing to undergo a polygraph.
What you will do
- Perform CNO-related software development across frontend, middleware, and/or backend components.
- Build, configure, and manage virtualized systems to support development and operational needs.
- Operate and maintain customer-provided tools, including COTS, GOTS, or custom-developed capabilities.
- Conduct testing and validation, including risk assessment.
- Collaborate with the customer to understand requirements and constraints, then develop solutions to match.
What you bring
- 5 years of experience with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another Software Development related degree, or 3 years of experience with a Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another Software Development related degree.
- Strong SW engineering skills with C, C++, or Python.
- Experience with vulnerability research.

- Git version control systems
Bonus points
- Experience using CI/CD pipelines with Git.
- Experience in digital forensics and software reverse engineering.
- Comfort navigating the command line.
- Desire to contribute to CTF events, bug bounty programs, and speak at security conferences.
- Rapid prototype software development.
