BI / Performance Analytics Developer

Join Kavant Solutions to develop enterprise BI and performance analytics dashboards using defined measure specifications and scalable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure indicators, breakdowns, and data collection jobs based on documented measure definitions
• Build dashboards by audience, including drill paths from enterprise rollups down to individual records
• Create trend and aging visualizations across facility, geographic, organizational, and severity dimensions
• Set up thresholds, signals, and alerting and notification behavior tied to those thresholds
• Validate indicator output reconciles to underlying records; investigate and correct mismatches
• Tune collection frequency, retention, and scorecard performance to keep dashboards usable at scale
• Develop managed services reporting alongside facilities reporting
• Document indicator configuration and provide a maintenance handover procedure for client staff

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing operational dashboards and indicators on an enterprise platform
• ServiceNow Performance Analytics configuration experience, or Power BI development experience (depending on the seat)
• Strong data modeling and query skills
• Ability and discipline to reconcile visualizations back to source records
• Experience supporting multiple audiences from a single data set without duplicating logic
• Ability to work from written measure definitions and flag ambiguities instead of guessing

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification such as PMP
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with Performance Analytics training, or Microsoft PL-300
• Prior federal delivery experience
