BI Developer/Analyst (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive BI development initiatives across the business
• Develop advanced analytics and key performance indicators
• Design data models tailored for BI usage
• Conduct SQL and moderate backend development
• Integrate Azure data environments and pipelines
• Partner with business teams to align analytics with goals
• Mentor colleagues and share best practices

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data development roles
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, finance, engineering, or a related field
• Experience with the Azure data environment
• Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps
• Experience with decline curves, downtime coding workflows, artificial lift, or completions datasets
• Excel experience is preferred
