AWS Account Manager, ISV, Developer AI
Job Description
Account Manager for AWS ISV/Developer AI in Seattle, responsible for crafting and executing the account strategy, guiding a cross-functional team, and expanding relationships with ISV customers while promoting adoption of AWS ISV programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the customer organization including C level executives, engineering, product, AI, IT operations, partner teams, and sales; build cross functional relationships using systems thinking, strategic visioning, and collaborative execution to meet ISV customer needs.
- Lead executive level selling and develop a broad strategy to secure customer buy in and enable service deployments; coordinate with AWS executives, partners, support, and solution architects to advocate for the customer while aligning with AWS priorities.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and win targets.
- Drive growth levers such as account plans and go to market programs to promote adoption of ISV partner products, in close collaboration with marketing and partner teams.
- Engage and direct cross functional teams including demand generation to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners to oversee enablement trainings and account prospecting workshops.
- Partner with Sales Operations to manage all operational aspects of the business, including SFDC.
- Develop long term strategic relationships with AWS executives and partner management teams.
- Champion the Amazon culture and Leadership Principles in day to day leadership.
- Increase and foster very high customer satisfaction.
- Moderate travel is expected under normal business conditions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology or software sales experience.
- Proven track record building and nurturing senior level relationships with complex enterprise customers.
- Hands on approach to developing new opportunities.
- Public cloud technical acumen.
- Experience managing high revenue, strategically important customers.
