Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

PROLIM Corporation is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to support enterprise level AI initiatives. The role emphasizes developing AI solutions, enhancing information retrieval through enterprise search, deploying AI agents, managing AI inventory, and establishing governance aligned with cybersecurity and privacy standards. This is a contract position based in Austin, TX with a hybrid work arrangement, offering an hourly rate of USD 55 to 60 and requiring at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy components of enterprise search to improve information discovery and retrieval
• Support the configuration, rollout, and documentation of AI inventory management systems
• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of AI agents that meet business unit requirements
• Create technical controls, documentation, and processes to enable AI governance adoption
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement AI driven solutions
• Assist with integration, testing, monitoring, and operationalization of AI models
• Support the establishment of AI governance frameworks, standards, and compliance processes
• Document AI workflows, configurations, and implementation procedures
• Analyze business needs and translate them into AI/ML technical solutions
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of AI systems and applications

Requirements

• At least one year of experience building and deploying enterprise search components
• At least one year configuring, implementing, and documenting AI inventory systems
• At least one year supporting the implementation and testing of AI agents
• At least one year developing technical controls, documentation, and processes for AI governance adoption
• Experience with AI and ML concepts, tools, and implementation practices
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives and technology transformation projects
• Knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Experience documenting AI solutions and developing technical processes
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver AI driven solutions
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical communication skills
