Job Description

Build and maintain mission-critical applications for a large-scale National Intelligence program with GDIT, where you will design, develop, integrate, and sustain system-level and mission applications. This onsite role is based in Herndon, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with poly.

The expected salary range for this position is USD 128,039 to 173,229 per year, depending on level and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, and maintain system-level and mission applications using engineering and technology principles
  • Analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives using logic and reasoning, and implement solutions aligned to user needs
  • Assess impacts from changes in operating conditions and environments to support reliable outcomes
  • Support customer requirements by meeting service quality standards and improving user satisfaction through responsive issue resolution and enhancements

Requirements

  • Application Developer Principal: Technical training, certification(s), or degree plus 5+ years of experience
  • Application Developer SME: Technical training, certification(s), or degree plus 10+ years of experience
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with poly
  • Citizenship: US citizenship required
  • Location: Onsite

You will work across a modern enterprise toolchain and platform ecosystem, including Java, JDK, J2EE, EJB, JDBC, Swing, Apache Tomcat, UML modeling, Linux, file transfer protocols, Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Oracle/SQL databases, and Git.
