API Developer with MuleSoft & Traceable

This onsite role in Arlington, Virginia supports Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice by designing and implementing MuleSoft integrations, shaping API design and security, and sustaining an API gateway for federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist a federal client in establishing an API gateway environment
• Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft integrations to enable interoperability between systems
• Conduct application integration, development, and testing activities throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Support API design, management, and security requirements aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with client and Deloitte teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize integration performance, and support delivery milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Active High Risk (Tier 4) Public Trust security clearance or Top Secret clearance required
• 4+ years of experience in API design, management, and security, including 4+ years designing and developing MuleSoft integrations
• At least 1 year of experience with Traceable
• Ability to work on site in Rosslyn, Virginia, 2 to 4 days per week
• Ability to travel approximately 5-10% depending on project and client needs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
