Analytics Developer
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop, design, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets in line with industry best practices.
- Review, interpret, troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries; develop maintainable code with proper structure, comments, and design following best practices.
- Validate the data presented in reports to build trust in BI solutions, and provide feedback to internal and external data sources as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in business intelligence technologies.
- Conduct source data analysis including data profiling, validation, and conceptual and logical data modeling to determine data suitability for reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to learn concepts and business language relevant to their areas, understanding how their data supports business processes.
- Collaborate with partners to develop business requirements and drive innovative approaches for assigned solutions.
- Adhere to project methodologies, change management processes, and departmental procedures.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication with peers and colleagues, including remote teammates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in analytics or related field.

Salary range: USD 61,721 - 108,335 per year.
In support of pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $61,720.78 and $108,334.92.
