2027 New Graduate - Software Engineer

Radiant Industries offers a strong compensation and benefits package designed to reward impact and support ongoing growth. This 2027 New Graduate Software Engineer role focuses on building simulation tooling and contributing to internal software used for simulation and analysis workflows. You will work onsite in El Segundo, CA, with a daily routine supported by catered meals, snacks and drinks, and team events.

Compensation range: USD 105,000 to 130,000 per year. Radiant’s new hire package includes base salary, substantial equity grants, and comprehensive health benefits.

What you’ll do

• Assist with creating tooling to support a variety of simulation software packages.
• Contribute to internal software products that support simulation and analysis of simulation results.

What you bring

• BS or MS in Software Engineering, Controls Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Familiarity with Python, C++, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Basic knowledge of software development practices and version control tools such as Git.
