Responsibilities
- Track activity within the AWS Builder Center to identify emerging themes and patterns in student engagement and behavior
- Share insights with content, moderation, product, and program leadership to guide decision-making and program development
- Assemble weekly engagement data on student activations, verifications, and pace-to-goal metrics for leadership updates
- Oversee the content bundle library: accept completed bundles, upload to shared repositories, manage version control, format ready-to-use kits, and ensure materials are accessible to field teams
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to publish content accurately and on schedule
- Identify gaps in community offerings and propose enablement plans that help students uphold community standards and contribute effectively
Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience analyzing data and applying best practices to identify performance drivers
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
