Collaborate closely with Sewing, Cutting, Upholstery, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure patterns are accurate, practical, and efficient to manufacture.
Work with production personnel to troubleshoot fit, sewing, cutting, and assembly issues.
Make timely pattern revisions based on prototype evaluations, production feedback, and design changes.

Ensure patterns and technical documentation are complete, accurate, and ready for production.
Maintain organized digital pattern files, revisions, specifications, and development records.
Identify opportunities to improve pattern accuracy, reduce material waste, streamline processes, and minimize rework.
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and shifting production priorities.
Communicate proactively with supervisors and cross-functional teams regarding progress, technical challenges, and required corrections.
