Job Description

Lockheed Martin Space, operating at Kings Bay Base in Georgia, seeks an Interactive Media Developer to shape training and program initiatives through compelling graphics and multimedia. This onsite role collaborates with subject matter experts to capture, edit, and integrate media into training modules and documentation, while ensuring assets are organized and accessible across multiple platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create graphics to support program initiatives and training needs.
Capture and edit audio, video, and photography assets for training and documentation.
Track and store assets across several platforms to maintain organization and accessibility.
Incorporate media assets into training modules and other media deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules concurrently.
Approach complex problems through research and investigation.
Capable of working independently with minimal direction and strong self-motivation.
Collaborate effectively with a variety of subject matter experts and customers.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable discipline, or equivalent combined education/experience.
Experience creating multimedia applications using multiple media forms (audio, digital animation, text, graphics, visual capture).
Solid understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.
U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain an interim secret clearance prior to start date and maintain a secret clearance throughout employment.
Experience with programming languages and software development techniques.
Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with multimedia authoring tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
Experience with simulation development.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
This position requires a government security clearance; US citizenship is required for consideration.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

WORK SCHEDULES

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules to provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from a standard 40 hours over five days to condensed options. Condensed schedules offer additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
