Job Description

Pega Developer role at Sonsoft Inc, onsite in Cranston, RI, is a full-time opportunity requiring strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 7.x and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Translate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements.
Contribute to production support and performance engineering activities.
Work independently through requirements, design, development and unit testing.
Collaborate in a team environment and interface with clients.
Apply analytical skills to deliver effective Pega PRPC solutions.
Engage in a global delivery environment and coordinate across teams.

Requirements

At least 4 year of experience in Pega PRPC V 7.X
At least 4 year of experience in software development life cycle
At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
Should be certified CSSA in Pega PRPC 7.x
Experience and understanding of production support and performance engineering
Ability to work independently in understanding the Requirements, Design, Development and Unit testing
Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies
