Responsibilities

  • Provide support for systems implementation, operations and maintenance, and application support activities.
  • Collaborate on workstreams covering help desk operations and software application development and maintenance.
  • Deliver assigned tasks and deliverables in line with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Review work products for accuracy and escalate issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to drive project execution.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • At least one year of experience with state public assistance systems supporting eligibility determination, benefits administration, or case management.
  • At least one year of experience supporting state government clients in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, or information management.
  • At least one year of experience in systems implementation, operations and maintenance, help desk support, or software application development and maintenance.
  • Ability to travel up to 25 percent on average, depending on project needs and client engagements.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
