Job Description

Build and maintain AI infrastructure tools and applications that help customers deliver AI capabilities, with a focus on availability, reliability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for workforce use
  • Ensure AI tools run with high availability, reliability, strong performance, and security
  • Modify FOSS (Free and Open-Source Software) to fit customer use cases
  • Engage with customers on an ongoing basis to elicit requirements and develop solutions to meet needs
  • Maintain customer-facing infrastructure and applications to support dependable services

Requirements

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience using LLMs as part of a code solution workflow
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
  • Proficiency with Python or another Object-Oriented Programming language

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience
  • B.S. in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years in place of a B.S.
