Job Description
Build and maintain AI infrastructure tools and applications that help customers deliver AI capabilities, with a focus on availability, reliability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for workforce use
- Ensure AI tools run with high availability, reliability, strong performance, and security
- Modify FOSS (Free and Open-Source Software) to fit customer use cases
- Engage with customers on an ongoing basis to elicit requirements and develop solutions to meet needs
- Maintain customer-facing infrastructure and applications to support dependable services
Requirements
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles
- Knowledge and hands-on experience using LLMs as part of a code solution workflow
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
- Proficiency with Python or another Object-Oriented Programming language

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- B.S. in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years in place of a B.S.
