Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Power Platform and Power BI developer for a designated Army-focused client
• Design and deliver low code and no code solutions using Power Platform within the Army 365 environment
• Provide Power Platform development and Power BI data visualization support to a dynamic Army-oriented organization
• Collaborate with government customer teams, the DSA group, and subcontractors to sustain a cohesive support model for a diverse client base

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• 1 to 5 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI) with intermediate DAX knowledge preferred
• Advanced SharePoint Online experience and understanding of its role in Microsoft 365; Army 365 tenant experience is ideal
• Proven ability to develop and manage Power BI solutions
• Proven ability to develop and deliver data solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization design
• Strong understanding of data model development
• Experience participating in and leading user acceptance testing
• Solid grasp of requirements gathering processes
• Experience documenting technical solutions and creating reference materials
• Customer engagement experience with the ability to build relationships and understand needs
• Foundational knowledge of Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• CompTIA Security+ certification; preferred at hire but must be obtained within 90 days for otherwise strong candidates
• Computing Environment related certifications (for example Power Platform 200, 300, 400, 600) or equivalent role-specific credentials; preferred at hire but can be earned within 90 days
• Experience using Vantage Analytics, Vantage Insights, or similar enterprise data visualization and reporting platforms
• Experience integrating Vantage data sources with Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Experience working on an Agile Scrum team
• Familiarity with Power Platform environments and pipelines
• Proficiency with Model-Driven app development and Dataverse
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces
• Experience delivering user training and creating reference materials
