Overview

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions within the Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing modules. The role emphasizes system enhancements, integrations, and supporting essential shop floor operations. This position is hybrid and based in Worthington, Ohio, with on-site work required 2 to 3 days per week. Local candidates only; US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Role Details

Position: Oracle EBS Developer. Employment type: Direct Hire / Full-Time Employee (W-2). Location: Worthington, OH 43085. Compensation: $100,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a hybrid on-site role based in Worthington, OH and requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week. Local candidates only; sponsorship is not provided.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Purchasing
Create and modify customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and Concurrent Programs
Design and maintain integrations with warehouse systems and external applications
Perform SQL and PL/SQL tuning to support high-volume environments
Support testing activities (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) and production deployments
Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term preventative solutions
Collaborate with functional, QA, and integration teams
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Oracle EBS / ERP development experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules
Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and integrations
Solid SQL tuning and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware
Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
Exposure to EBS-Fusion coexistence

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year, based on experience

Location and Work Arrangement

Location: Worthington, Ohio 43085. This is a hybrid remote role based in Worthington, with on-site work required 2 to 3 days per week. Local candidates only.
