IT Data Engineer III

Scope Services is seeking an IT Data Engineer III to join their Berlin, CT on-site team on a contract basis. The role centers on delivering essential end-to-end software engineering work for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including analysis, development, testing, debugging, configuration, incident investigation, documentation, health monitoring, and project enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic end-to-end software engineering tasks for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Perform initial analysis and plan development work.
• Develop, test, and debug CRM solutions.
• Configure system settings and respond to incidents through investigation and documentation.
• Prepare documentation and monitor health via alerts; implement enhancements aligned with user and system design specifications.
• Operate within established team guidelines to independently address well-scoped problems and seek opportunities to broaden technical skills.
