Compensation for this role ranges from USD 131,000 to 218,300 per year, reflecting experience and contribution. The position offers exposure to diverse public sector projects and the opportunity to grow your expertise in generative AI and data engineering within a leading professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for business and client use cases
• Build and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and production‑grade components that support AI enabled products
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, generate insights, and support model development and validation
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Monitor model and application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years designing, developing, or deploying machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions
• 3+ years programming in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• 3+ years of experience developing algorithms, model selection, training/validation/optimization, and evaluation at scale
• 1+ years of technology consulting experience in the Federal Health space
• 1+ years of experience working with AI technologies such as Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI
• Active or advanced certifications in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Ability to travel 20% on average, based on client needs and project assignments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
