- Salary range: USD 131,000 - 218,300 per year
- Onsite role based in Washington, DC
- Eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program depending on performance
- Expected travel around 20 percent, varying by project and client needs
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for business and client use cases
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and production-ready components that support AI enabled products
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, extract insights, and support model development and validation
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor model and application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years designing, developing, or deploying ML, AI, or advanced analytics solutions
- 3+ years programming in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- 3+ years developing algorithms, model selection, training/validation/optimization, and evaluation at scale
- 1+ years of technology consulting experience in the Federal Health space
- 1+ years of experience with AI technologies such as Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI
- Active or advanced certifications in Python, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Ability to travel 20% on average depending on work and client assignments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship currently or in the future

The wage range reflects a broad set of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range is not adjusted for geographic differentials related to the location of the role. In addition, you may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and performance.
