Job Description

bet365 is expanding its AI & Automation department and looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen the team’s data infrastructure across global platforms. In this Denver, CO onsite role, you will help evolve core systems, support regulatory data initiatives, and move from established SQL Server environments toward a modern GCP cloud platform.

You will work in a group focused on transforming complex data into intelligent, scalable solutions. The team builds and maintains robust infrastructure that supports critical regulatory requirements while improving process efficiency, with an emphasis on maintaining data integrity as new cloud capabilities and machine learning approaches are explored.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of regulatory data projects, from gathering requirements through implementation
  • Design, develop, and maintain reliable T-SQL stored procedures and SSRS reports that support core business operations
  • Shadow senior colleagues to gain hands-on exposure to GCP environments, with a clear progression toward independent cloud development
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate development cycles and streamline coding tasks
  • Investigate and resolve complex data issues to ensure high data integrity and minimize disruption to critical processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams by providing clear status updates and managing project timelines
  • Contribute to the knowledgebase and help evolve development standards for consistency across data solutions

Requirements

  • SQL Server 2014 or later proficiency
  • Knowledge of the MSSQL BI Stack, including SSRS and SSIS
  • Strong SQL skills with a focus on stored procedures
  • Exposure to GCP, BigQuery, and Looker
  • Familiarity with Gitlab or another source control platform
