Data Engineer

Data Engineer, Accenture Flex, onsite in Morristown, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data assets.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge and best practices to strengthen the team.
• Drive ongoing improvements to data engineering processes and tooling to boost overall team performance.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands on experience as a senior engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technologies.
• An Associate Degree.
