Job Description

The position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 125,000, based on experience and qualifications, and emphasizes building scalable data pipelines to support enterprise integrations, data migration, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support enterprise integrations, data migration initiatives, and reporting needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application teams to define and support data requirements across operational, financial, regulatory, and customer systems
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL and ELT processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Implement data quality checks, reconciliation workflows, and monitoring controls to support auditability and compliance
- Support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives by curating trusted datasets for downstream users and systems
- Document data mappings, workflows, technical specifications, and system designs for long-term maintainability
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align data solutions with enterprise technology standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional IT experience, including data engineering, data integration, or analytics-focused roles
- Strong SQL skills with experience across relational and NoSQL database platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, CIS/Billing, or asset management platforms
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms and hybrid technology environments
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
