Responsibilities
- As the lead full stack developer, guide a team as they adopt new tools and techniques while identifying opportunities to improve the system.
- Help clients address their most challenging problems by applying current architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure the team's solution aligns with the existing architecture and operating environment, while planning for future functionality and enhancements.
- Deliver complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile development setting as a full stack developer.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development and frontend experience, including a lead or senior role on delivered applications
- Experience with React and TypeScript, including modern component architecture and state management
- Experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces that meet Section 508 or WCAG standards
- Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs, and working with a backend language for full-stack tasks
- Experience with automated testing such as Jest or Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment
- Ability to translate operational and user requirements into intuitive, performant interfaces
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology field, or 6+ years of mission systems experience in lieu of a degree
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ CE certification

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is USD 112,900.00 to USD 257,000.00 per year, with final figures determined by factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract affordability, and organizational requirements. Booz Allen notes that the posted range represents typical compensation for this role and forms one component of the total benefits package.
