About Sprinter Health
Sprinter Health aims to reimagine access to care by delivering in-home services directly to people. Many patients miss preventive or chronic care because they cannot reach a doctor, and the ER often becomes the first touchpoint, driving substantial avoidable costs. By leveraging the technologies used by leading marketplace and last-mile platforms, Sprinter Health brings care to people where they are, focusing on those who need it most.
About the Role
The Growth Engineering team at Sprinter Health works to get patients to actually use care by reaching them, educating them, and making booking effortless. Today, most appointments are booked via outbound phone outreach. The mandate is to evolve this into a true product-led motion by embedding booking into the core product and scaling patient engagement.
Hybrid and Office Experience
The company operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and Fridays designated as work-from-anywhere. Lunch is provided daily, and the team gathers for an hour to eat together, often followed by a board game before resuming work. This reflects a balanced approach to collaboration and life outside work.
