In this role, you should be prepared to lead others who use modern tools. You will set expectations for leveraging data and contemporary tools such as automation and artificial intelligence to improve workflows, reduce rework, and deliver cost-effective designs. Leaders in these roles typically guide automation and process improvement efforts, for example by automating calculations, summarizing technical documents, or generating design documentation, and by determining when and how AI or agentic AI tools are applied while ensuring results are checked. Supervising engineers who program or script (for example, Python, MATLAB, advanced Excel) to automate engineering tasks, with review of automated outputs, is valued but not required. Additional learning in areas such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields is encouraged to enable effective oversight of automation and agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Compensation
Compensation range: $131,960.00 - $205,330.00

The total compensation package for eligible positions includes a base salary or hourly rate plus a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting our commitment to rewarding performance and supporting overall well-being.
