Job Description
Position Summary
This is an entry level sales role with a base salary and capital unit incentives. The incumbent will build product knowledge and sales experience to support the sales team, with potential to advance into a Sales Representative role over time, relocation considered if needed. Location: Willernie, MN 55090.

What You'll Do
- Develops technical proficiency across the complete product lineup with emphasis on capital equipment.
- Gains hands-on understanding of the basic operation of Capital Equipment (CE), major instruments, and small tools.
- Acquires a solid understanding of the capital goods sales process.
- Participates in required training on products and sales fundamentals.
- Builds a strong understanding of daily operations within the territory.
- Gains insight into distributor operations and their role in the selling process.
- Develops working knowledge of back-office support and resources.
- Interacts with end users and distributors to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Coordinates territory events under the guidance of the Regional Manager, including Open Houses, Distributor Training, End-User Events, Product Demonstrations, and related activities.
- Creates target lists of end users for campaigns and establishes contact points such as email blasts and product announcements.

Physical Demands
Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a one hour paid lunch.
Travel
Up to 50 percent travel is required.
Required Education and Experience
Education equivalent to a four-year degree, plus additional specialized training. At least one year of experience.
