Build full stack software that supports fleet health management and analytics on Boeing’s Digital Analytics and System Health (DASH) team. This onsite role in Hazelwood, MO focuses on delivering and maintaining web applications, databases, and data processing tools that primarily support the F/A-18 platform. Pay range: $126,650 - $171,350 per year (summary pay range for Experienced Level 3). Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack software solutions supporting fleet health management and analytics.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software systems.
- Coordinate complex development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines to keep work aligned with program objectives.
- Lead or contribute to project planning, code reviews, and agile development processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to sustain reliability and performance.
- Improve software processes, tools, and documentation to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Apply system-level thinking to integrate software components effectively within the broader operational environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- U.S. Security Clearance requirement: ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
- 5+ years working with the software development life cycle and architecture frameworks.
- 1+ years experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
